Your company must have this turned off for this feature to work. This allows you to add a personal contact that will be notified with an email and text with your location when you enter into an alert mode via the app or Silent Beacon Panic Button.
Step 1
Navigate over to Contacts or Dispatch (depending on your role) from the main menu.
Step 2
Add a user manually or from your phonebook.
Step 3
Click Save.
IMPORTANT! You may add or delete who ever you wish, but can only be one person at a time.
