The coronavirus outbreak has caused many families to fear for the safety of their loved ones. But our community of Silent Beacon users is a strong one. We have heard your needs and are taking great strides to make peace of mind accessible to all. Here’s how Silent Beacon is taking steps to maximize customer safety and satisfaction.

• Employees are working around the clock from the safety of their own homes. We are following all social distancing and CDC recommended protocols. 
• In these difficult times, our customers need Silent Beacon more than ever. We are continuing to ship our products out daily, from a single household to avoid COVID-19 exposure. 
• Also, We handle all units with clean gloves and masks in a continuously sanitized workspace.  
• We perform daily check-ins to ensure all our employees are following strict safety guidelines and are up-to-date on ever-changing state and federal safety regulations.

Our customers and the American public at large are feeling heightened stress and anxiety caused by the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the nation. In response, Silent Beacon is waiving our Safety App’s Premium Subscription fees to enhance public access to essential emergency services for the next few months, through June 2020. Users can now download the Silent Beacon App from the Apple Store or Google Play for unlimited access to its advanced suite of safety features. We aim to alleviate customer panic over the virus’s spread wherever we can.
