There may be reasons you need to restart your Silent Beacon Panic Button. This can be achieved multiple ways, depending on the level of Reset you are looking for.
The Panic Button will not connect to the App
Hold both buttons on the Silent Beacon for 30 seconds. At 20 seconds it will turn blue, at 25 seconds it will flash blue. At 30 seconds it will flash white, you may now release the buttons.
The device will now reset as shown below. You may try to connect it again to the App.
Resetting the Beacon from inside the App
Go into the Silent Beacon Safety App and click the Settings options on the top left.
Click Factory Reset. This will delete the connect from the App to the Silent Beacon.
I no longer have or use the Silent Beacon and want all my information deleted.
Go into the Silent Beacon Safety App and click the Settings option at the top left. Chose the App Settings from the options, then choose Delete Account.
IMPORTANT!
This will delete you out of the database, your emergency contacts list, your map history, your registered Silent Beacon Panic Button! Once this is done you can not go back. You will need your 4 digit pin to complete this.
IMPORTANT!
To remove from your phones Bluetooth please navigate to your Bluetooth Settings discussed here to remove the pairing completely if you will not be using your Beacon anymore.
I am selling or giving the Silent Beacon to someone else.
Same as above, go into the Silent Beacon Safety App and click the Settings option at the top left. Chose the App Settings from the options, then choose Delete Account.
