App shows Beacon is disconnected but beacon glows blue

If your Silent Beacon Panic Button is glowing Blue, but the App shows No Beacon Connected, please try these steps.

Step 1

Hold down both buttons on the Silent Beacon for 30 seconds.  The colors will cycle and vibrate, letting you know you have reached 30 seconds (it will then glow white).

Step 2

Go into your Bluetooth Settings and delete any connected Silent Beacon or SB Alert profiles.

Step 3

Close and Open the Application.

Step 4

Try reconnecting again. If there are still issues please contact us and speak to our customer service reps for further help.
