The Silent Beacon’s water resistant (ipX4) panic button for businesses is a Bluetooth safety device that allows users to instantly place phone calls while simultaneously sending alert messages with their GPS location to pre-stored contacts including 911 or our 24-monitoring service.

Silent Beacon uses a smartphone’s GPS to send the user’s location in real-time via text, email, and push notifications to people who can help in an emergency.
This feature adds a whole extra layer of safety, enabling contacts to find the user if they are incapacitated or unable to talk.

In addition to connecting to mobile devices, Silent Beacon’s Business Solutions portal can send alerts to desktops plus voice-to-text group messaging.

Download the Application

Download the Silent Beacon Business Safety App, it is available in both the iOS App Store and Google Play.

Add your Phone Number

Once you add your phone number to the App it will automatically set the information up based upon how your admin setup the account.

Connect your Beacon

Inside the App you can start the parking process and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Call any phone number including 911

Different emergencies require different responses. Silent Beacon allows you to customize who you call for help, whether that’s 911, emergency services, a family member or friend, even phone numbers overseas.

2-Way Audio Communication

Groups are designed to allow you to separate people so a mass alert will not be sent company wide if it is an isolated issue. Managers, Shifts, Parents or location specific employees are popular choices.

Silent Mode

In sensitive situations, disable your LED lights and audio to silently notify your emergency contacts without revealing that you’ve activated the Silent Beacon. When calling for help in silent mode, your voice can be heard through the Beacon, but your contact’s voice will be muted.

Rechargeable

Silent Beacon is designed to give you more freedom — and that includes its battery, which can be charged through our USB Port. Program it to send you and your emergency contacts an alert when your battery gets low.

Real-time GPS Tracking

Silent Beacon uses your smartphone’s GPS to send your location in real-time via text, email, and push notifications to people who can help you in an emergency. This feature adds a whole extra layer of safety, enabling contacts to find you if you’re incapacitated or unable to talk.

Extended Warranty

The Silent Beacons are actually leased through our ESS platform, so any updates, issues that were not malicious or from neglect will be covered and replaced during the term you have chosen.

Patented Safety Device

Our patented technology enables you to receive alerts on your Silent Beacon in case you can’t hear or get to your phone. This feature also allows for two or more Silent Beacons to communicate directly with each other in an emergency.
